i need to find out the best capture card to record xbox 360 videos, I need a few requirements to pick out the best ones

It has to run on 30 frames or higher

it must show up as atleast 720p in youtube

must be under 200 euroes

thats pretty much it, but

my PC is crappy, like really crappy, i cant run halo : CE without any graphical hitch and dipping framerate

my pc is directly on the opposite side of the room as my consoles (ps3+360)

im not exactly sure how to do it, can someone make a tutorial?

i'd be thoroughly grateful if someone sends me a link to a capture card with all the above criteria, and a possible youtube link to a tutorial, thanks

Will my PC be capable of running it though?

That's a tough call... I hooked a Hauppauge up to my wifes laptop that had a dual core pentium @ 2.0Ghz with 2GB of ram and the videos came out really choppy. I'm not sure if it was a hardware or software issue but the videos look fantastic on my desktop. You could always give it a shot and then just return it if your computer can't handle it.

ahhh damn, so videos would come out choppy? i thought the rendering will be slow but the framerates would remain the same?
