I need help with two games...

OK, I need to know if there's any mods to help me on my frame rate issues with Medieval Total War 2 and COD4, I'm asking this because I got some mods that helped me with the same problems in when playing oblivion...

In medieval I only got these problems while on battles while in COD4 I get the problems constantly.

So I was wondering are there any mods/programs that will help me with those problems?
