I need help with World of Warcraft.

I have been playing WoW for quite a while (Lvl 50 Rogue) and I referred my step brother this christmas. His 10 day trial has recently run out and he has a gamecard. When he goes onto www.wow-europe.com and logs on, he cant do anything because he apparently has to register a copy of the game.

I tried to give him my Authentication Key but it was invalid because I had obviously used it myself. I was wondering is there a way for him to type this gamecard in without registering a copy of the game because that would mean buying a new copy of the game.

Bare in mind he is in a different house so I cannot see his screen so he may be missing something.

Can anybody help me with the information I have given?

I was just wondering if there was another way to...'Activate' the account but obviously there isnt. I guess he'll just have to make a trip to town tomorrow + he wants to pick up BC and WoLK aswell so it'll be worth it. I'll just tell him to buy the battlechest and then WoLK seperate.
