You need a monster rig to enjoy it in its full glory, but JUST CAUSE is a pretty close GTA clone. It has some great gunfighting elements and beautiful graphics. But it is not quite as open ended as GTA is. Lots of vehicles though, lots!

Oh yea, and MAFIA. That game has one of the largest cult followings I have witnessed in quite a while. Maybe for a reason? hmmm...Give it a try, I am sure you wont be disappointed.
