Sorry but nothing on this earth will satisfy your need for guts and gore that's on the PC... get a PS2 and get God of War 1 and 2 ... well mainly 2, gore galore :D
Gears of War, Dead Rising, and God of War are the best when it comes to excessive gore and violence. I cant think of many PC games that would satiate your bloodlust though....maybe chainsawing people in GTA: Vice City?
Blade of Darkness, an old hack and slash from 2001 lets you chop of peoples limbs and use them as weapons. It's control are kinda clunky, but it's still an enjoyable and violent game.
You will maybe laught a bit but to fulfill that need of core and blood, I like to play Black and White 2 and to throw rocks on my poor citizens. It really helps me....As you are playing the role of god, you can do whatever you want....
Yea I know, Gears of War really is the thing I want lol, but alas I don't have a 360. I have a Wii and a PC heh. Looks like it will just be hours of CS Source for me... heh.
