I am going to be updating/upgrading my PC to the max to play the latest games in full graphics Ultra graphics etc.

So yeah with those specs I mentioned of buying I will need a mor powerful cooler fan?

Nah.

First off, you didn't include MB and PSU, can't reuse yours. You might actually keep the case, but I'd recommend you change that as well. If it's too much money all at once you can keep the memory for now.

As for the things you chose, 300GBP for GTX 670 is ridiculous, here's a GTX 760 for almost half the price, it's the same GPU basically.

You can get 3770K if you really want to, but 3570K or 4670K would save you the money for a decent cooler and you wouldn't loose anything in gaming performance.

Motherboard depends on which CPU you choose and whether you need ATX or micro ATX, should be able to find a decent model for under 100.
