http://www.amazon.co.uk/PALIT-GEFORCE-9600GT-PCI-EXPRESS-GRAPHICS/dp/B001GZDLZO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1248788043&sr=8-1

Like an idiot, I bought that video card without really thinking about it. I was like "1GB?! 9600GT?!" and ordered immediately. Unfortunately now that I think about it that was a bad idea. Is that a decent video card, is my question?

My current specs are:

Pentium D 3.4GHZ

2048 MB RAM

Ati Radeon X1550

Will it work? :(

for that price that card is ok,but you could have got a 9800gt or something like that which would have given a significant boost in gaming

Yeah, that 1 GB of ram is unnecessary and won't produce much if any performance increase over the 512mb version. It's still a decent card though. Whenever you hear ram on a video card, more doesn't always mean better.

for your processor this card is good.your CPU wont be able to keep up with the 9800 anyway.
