I just looked at the temperature of my video card and it's at an average of 70 degrees celsius and I wasn't even playing a game or anything. I was just on my desktop. I'm not sure if that's considered hot or not so is that too hot? If so what can I do to keep it cooler?

I have an ATI Radeon X1600 Pro. Yes I know it's a really crappy card so no need to make a post saying that. Any help is appreciated.

Download Ati Tray Tools and you can increase the fan speed on there. Choose Hardware/Overclocking Settings/ and click on the Fan tab. I use "Automatic depended on temperature". For example you can set the fan speed at 40% when the temperature is 40C, 50% for 45C, etc. To make that program load when Windows starts choose Tools and Options/General Options. It uses only 3 MB of ram.

I can't install it because it says that Vista doesn't allow unsigned drivers to be installed. I installed it on the admin account but when I log on to my account it says it couldn't "connect to low level driver". Any tips on getting this working?
