I want my Alpha Centauri 2!

Anyone else?? You can only play Civ 4 so many times before you want to take the next step. With today's technology, I can't even imagine how good Alpha Centauri 2 would be. The first game sold reasonably well right? I know it was a critical success. Where's 2?!

Sorry for the rant. I just got done with yet another Civ 4 play session. Just one more turn...

I still love the original Alpha Centauri. Haven't tried Civ 4, but I'd for sure get a sequal to AC

Never played AC, but I love Civ 4 and Sid Meier. It can still happen...

yeah that would be awesome. i had to uninstall civ 4 several months ago. if we get ac2, then i won't be sleeping again.

Me too! Alpha Centauri needs a sequel. It is my favourite TBS game, I still play it from time to time.

Unfortunately- I recall reading somewhere that Sid Meir lost the rights to that franchise... :( So even iff he wanted to- I'm not sure if he can...

That's right. I e-mailed Sid about putting Alpha Centauri on Steam and he said he'd like to but Sierra owns it.
