I want to update to DirectX 10.1 ! Please Help .......

I have windwos Vista Home Premium Service Pack 1 , With DirectX 10 .

But i cant't find any updates for DirectX neither on Windwos Update nor on Mircrosoft's website ! :(

How can i update my DirectX ?

If you already have SP1, you also have directx 10.1.

In the dxdiag screen look at the last line. The version number of directx 10.1 is 6.00.6001.18000

Heck most games don't even support DX 10...AOC anyone ?

The number of games that do have DX10 can be counted on one hand.

No thanks I'll stick with DX9

Don't gt me wrong I want DX10 eyecandy....I just don't want to have to use Vista to get it. ( I do have Vista though....used it for 6 months and reinstalled XP)

+DoW 2, I didn't see it there.

@ Sinotek: Halo 2 doesn't have DX 10 :/ it's just Vista exclusive.
