It's not because Bioware said they didn't enjoy working with LA but because look at the two companies who are expected to be working together. Two companies that seem to have ditched the PC platform of lately and then ported over as a after thought a couple years later or built it for the ground up for 360 and then badly switched it over to PC for release at the same time. Also look at SWG for example, it seems like two companies who wanted different directions of the game. To me it seemed like Lucas Arts felt like it wasn't Star Warsy enough (which it wasn't) and they wanted to make a major change which ended up ruining the game. So it's made me think, whats to stop them from wanting to do the same thing to KOTOR, they could easily release a patch that pisses everyone off. Lucas Arts are the kind of company that wants to rush everyone out and make quick cash on it, the first KOTOR game seemed to have not suffered from this but i can't say the same thing for any of their other games.
I just think Bioware and Lucas Arts have bothed ditched the PC platform in recent years in favour of the consoles. I just think they'll probably set out to create a console mmorpg which doesn't quite translate to the PC market and it'll seem very watered down or as they like to call it in PR world "streamlined" lol.
