i've got my i5 oc'd to 4.3-ish ghz (im not sure what it is exactly as the bus speed is 103 not 100 like a few ive seen) and the core voltage when running prime and cpu-z is sitting at around 1.312v, just wondering if this is a safe voltage or if i should step it back abit, maybe to around 4GHz?

If the temperatures and voltage are within Intel's spec'd limits, I wouldn't worry about it.

Keep voltage under 1.4 and temps under 75 degrees and you're fine.
