High settigns no lag? It is used and price is 400$. Should I buy it?

It's a decent computer, and I'd guess that it'll done fine with SC2, but I heard E:TW needs a quad-core really. However, that is a fast dual core, so it *might* be ok. I'm sure you could still play it with good settings, but I don't know about "high" settings.

Your gpu is probably going to prevent you from maxing them without any lag. Your cpu is a fast dual core, and while it'll do fine with the games you listed, you might have some trouble multi-tasking, so run as few programs as you can while gaming. I would recommend just going for a quad though. Intel core2 quad q8300 is only like $150. 4gb of ddr2 is barely passable, and should be upgraded pretty quick. Your gonna be able to run those games ok, but don't count on maxing them.

It will probably max SC2, no lag. Empire will most likely run 'high' (not ultra) without lag.
