http://www.ibuypower.com/Store/Configurators.aspx?mid=119 I have a rather large request from anyone willing to spend a few minutes to do so. I would greatly appreciate anyone who could run through the custom configurator and choose a computer they find suit for a gaming setup (budget of $1200). I am satisfied with the default Nzxt Guardian 921 Gaming Tower Case and I would like Windows 7 Home Premium included, no monitor, speakers, printer, or the majority of the other accessories need not be included. Everything else is up to you. If you think a faster duo core pcu would be better than a slower quad pcu (for gaming purposes) , change it. I have no graphics card preferences, except it must be Nvidia and I'd like to not drop below a single GTS 250 or something of equal performance. I'm curious about the cooling options and the power supply. So if anyone out there has the time and will to help me out, I would love you forever! :) I'm not interested in persuasion of building my own rig either, thank you very much.

Posted the wrong link in the first one and for some reason it quoted the entire post again, so this is the correct link: http://www.ibuypower.com/Store/Configurators.aspx?mid=224 sorry for the confusion

I'll try to get in on this one before people start spamming you to build your own. ;)

Slightly over your budget ($40) but definitely worth it. With a budget of $1200, you should definitely go Core 2 Quad and the Q9550 is a great processor that can easily be overclocked. The Nvidia GTX 285 is also a great video card with great driver support. As far as power supplies are concerned, I included the "cheaper" Corsair TX line which, although not modular, are still great. You will have a bunch of cords lying around in your case but still a great power supply. As far as cooling, the Xigmatek Dark Knight is great, can't go wrong. The only thing I disliked in the build was the hard drive, I would have liked to go with one that has a 32mb cache but still good. Overall a solid build and a pretty damn good price for a "prebuilt." Enjoy.

i just won a computer from GS. and the makers of the computer is ibuypower. my computer is not working. the OS is not installed correctly. the hardrive was unplugged. i was missing a mouse and a power cord. i blame ibuypower. right now they're [ibuypower] sending me the reinstall CDs. hopefully that will work
