What would it be? I would Kickstart Timesplitters 4 (or a spiritual successor to it, Goldeneye, and Perfect Dark). My gosh I miss those type of FPS games, and to have one with the technology of today on PC would be mind blowing!

Probably the multiplayer zombie one. Though there have been many great zombie games like Dead Rising, Left 4 Dead, Resident Evil and Dead Island, none of them have ever captured the "true" hardcore zombie experience.
Staying alive, scrounging for supplies, fending off disease and famine, barricading yourself in at night, etc. I forgot the name, but I'd back that one up, though only if the team was trustworthy and capable of making such a game with only a few million.
Well, I would say Golgo:13 as a FPS game.
Or A new Shadow Warrior (please not that simple map design like Duke Nukem Forever, but back like Shadow Warrior, Doom, Duke Nukem 3D)
Command and Conquer (tiberium setting) FPS using the Frost bite 2.0 engine, been wanting it since BF3 was announced. (but Generals 2 is close enough)
An underwater base building RTS. Would be awesome!
Not related but on the WiiU, (cause of the tablet controller) I think a resurrection in the Strike series would be great. Jungle Strike, Soviet Strike, Nuclear Strike, Helicopter games, using the screen on the tablet controller as the helmet for the gunner of the chopper.
I'll stop here.
A game heavily inspired by Final Fantasy: Tactics or Tactics Ogre with PC-centric controls and a developer who knows what they are doing.
RUNE 2 - yes, a sequel to the viking hack'n'slash game. :P
Just do it, Human Head. I'll back it in a microsecond. :D
I would love to kickstart a new Road Rash game. I can't think of any series I miss more than that, though Carmageddon comes close. That's still a game I go back to every once in a while.
Actually that's pretty likely...they've already been talking about making Rune 2.RUNE 2 - yes, a sequel to the viking hack'n'slash game. :P

Golden eye sequel with split screen on pc :D awesomeSPBoss
I don't think that's a feature too many PC gamers would care about to justify the costs in putting it in.
Undying 2
Baranga
I second this motion.
And I'll add another possibility that is probably in licensing hell...
System Shock

Thanks for the link. But even better I just caught this Neogamr interview with Ted Halsted. He's letting a few things slip there...and I couldn't be more pleased. :D
X-Wing Vs. Tie Fighter 2 (including single-player campaigns as fleshed out as the original x-wing and tie fighter games).
That would be awesome. Also, STALKER 2 for sure.X-Wing Vs. Tie Fighter 2 (including single-player campaigns as fleshed out as the original x-wing and tie fighter games).
Zerachielias
An open ended tactical turn based squad level game. But with heavy world interactivity and non linear quest design.
A simple assassination mission could have multiple ways to solve it. Poison the food supplies, demolitions, stealth (which may include disguises), sabotage, paradrops (dangerous), ect.
The graphics would be 2d (to keep production costs down), and isometric. Permadeath would be in, and the game would have X-Com levels of Lethality.
Dead State. I think it's going into the backburner and I'd like to see it revived back to life, instead of its current "dead state."Elann2008
There have been a quite a few updates recently as they gear up for their own Kickstart and, yes, I am going to give them a fistful of dollars when they finally do get it up and running.
