I'm not much of a Star Wars buff myself, but I'd probably pick the original Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II.

Tie Fighter Collector's CD-ROM Edition....and it is the only Star Wars game I own as of now. I like flight sims.

A tough call, as there have been some great ones out there. Battlefront, Jedi Knight 2, RC, Kotor...arhhhhhhh.

In the end, I'd have to go with KOTOR.
