...what would you do?
Say you permanently break fingers in both hands, or some crippling form of arthritis leaves your hands useless for gaming. Or you just lose all desire to play. Whatever the reason - what would you do?

Operate the keyboard with my forehead, and the mouse with my feet. At the same time. Now I will demonstrate writing my name with my forehead:

I was gonna find the link to that, but you beat me to it, but yeah, that's the thing guys like Stephen Hawking use, just by using eyebrow movements they can control things on computers.
Also, I'd do everything else I've used for entertainment matters, read, (turning pages would be a pain without hands..) Watch movies, hang out with friends, meet some more double amputees, and hell, maybe I'd climb a mountain with prosthetic limbs and achieve some kind of world record.
If I couldn't/didn't for some reason that could not be remedied by any means at all, I'd read a lot more. And watch more educational TV. And exercise more diligently. And spend more time with my parents and pets. And my vision would stop rapidly declining. And I'd eat on time more frequently. And I'd go outside more often.
Holy ****, what a nightmare... Don't you ever make me do that again, mfsa.

jp's response is top!
i've had a couple of periods where i gave up gaming, to make myself do other stuff - in the end, though i do of course like going out, seeing friends, going cycling/for a run, reading, TV, films occasionally playing guitar even (though i wouldn't be able to do that without operational fingers of course) - there's nothing quite like the involvement and escapism of gaming - i'm not saying it's better than any of those other things, but has an important place
so i'd get by, but i'd miss it, as i did both times before, which is why i've always come back...
