I have 3 games of my choice but unfortunately as a gift from my Uncle I can only get 2 games. What games should I pick?

Splinter Cell: Conviction

GTA IV: Episodes from Liberty City

Assassin's Creed 2

AC2 and GTA IV, if you ask me.

Never played either of em, but surely those two are better than the new "Splinter Cell" game.

Make sure your rig can handle GTA, heard it's a pig on system resources.

Save your uncle some money and tell him to get GTA IV on Direct2Drive.com for $7.50.

What he said, dont get Splinter as its gonna flop(was remade and pushed back like 8 times cause it sucked so bad). Also the D2D sale is for the original GTA4 not the ELC version. AC2 is pretty epic! Keep your eyes and ears open as the story is truer to life than you might imagine.

I'd suggest you get Assassin's Creed 2 since it is simply brilliant compared to the 1st one! And since I've GTA 4 and have finished it multiple times I suggest go for the EFLC "DLC".

I am not sure about SC:C, I smell people are going to be disappointed by it.

On Steam it's 16 gb so it's standalone jut as retail because the DLC version is about 3.5 gb each. The only one that's worth it is EFLC, the rest aren't anything special.

all of em' but if you're on picking one game it would be between Episodes short cool game with fun multiplayer or awesome whole game Splinter Cell with co-op multi which is cool - IMO more worth pay for your money is Splinter Cell Convictions - it's just because it's a good investment for your money

Ehh, no. The reason why its so good is because you have the ability to take down enemies in many, many ways and you get points for doing so. With those points you unlock new guns and upgrades for the guns. Every time you play a mission you can play it in a diffirent way and use diffirent action moves. The game makes you feel tough but one simple mistake such as being spotted by two enemies at close range, can actually kill you. Its not like you can take everyone out you have to use hide and seek tactics, its not like you are a weapons expert now, you just dont suck as much as you used to. The "Bourne" direction the game got has nothing to do with dumbing down or being a console port. They made the game more fluid with faster gameplay. If anything they made the game better with more toys to play less linear sneaking scenarios and terrible combat that was shown in the previous splinter cell games. You can still go on full stealth but the problem is that you are no longer a special agent with silencers and gadgets so you will have to make so noise every once in a while and fool your enemies in order to survive. But if you dont have a plan and decide to just stand there and go for a headshot.... well the multiple enemies will kill you with few shots, its not like you have an armor or something. if anything the game is better now, better story, better level design, less linear sneaking and better gunplay (If you remember even in the first splinter cell there were some moments that you had to fight and could not sneak) If anything the game got better.
