It's looking good. I'd recommend a Scythe Mugen CPU cooler so you can overclock that AMD Phenom, and a nice ATI Radeon HD4770 or HD4850 (as they're good value for money) or an HD4870 if you're looking for a bit more power. :)
What resolution do you expect to game on? The HD4870 is pricy, but it's definitely worth it. The nVidia GTX275 is even better, but a little bit more. There's no reason why you can't use an HD4850 which will afford you really nice graphics on anything below 1920x1200. :)
I'm shopping for a computer just like mentioned above but I wonder whether it would be best to get an AMD 3 chip and mobo set for the DDR3 Ram upgrade?

Well, I personally use the Razer Lycosa gaming keyboard. The low-profile keys are quieter for late night gaming (in my case... working! x_x ) and they have a rubber texture, so your fingers don't slip. It also lights up, and the hand rest feels nice, but not squidgy and sinking on your hands and wrists. I'd also recommend the Logitech G15, which is the keyboard I'm using right this second to type this message, at a friend's house - it also lights up, has a nifty screen to tell you various system info (such as the speed your overclocked processor is going at etc) or game info (lives left, health etc); has dedicated programmable buttons on the sides, and generally feels really nice to use. No low-profile keys are what made me prefer the Lycosa over the G15, but they're both very nice keyboards.
As for a mouse, the same friend who owns the G15 is rocking a Logitech G5, which is awesome because you can fill it up with weights on both sides to make it a comfortable weight for your hand. The Logitech MX518 is kind of similar in function but the superficial design is kind of an acquired taste. As for me, I currently don't have a gaming grade mouse, but when I have money to waste (read: never) I'll be snapping me up an overpriced but oh-so-amazing Razer Mamba. Aww yeah.
If you're a real audiophile, you can't go wrong with a Creative X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty. I don't really like Wendel's face being plastered all over my crap but it really is a very nice sound card. Expensive, granted, but you get what you pay for. It's not exactly needed. To go with that sound card, some Logitech Z-5500 speakers would be lovely, and some kind of monitor...
Of course, all this stuff isn't exactly necessary, and is expensive. You can get a smaller monitor (a 19" one like mine for example - that's not the exact one, my monitor's older) for less money, and the sound card is the height of frivolous spending. :P If you really wanted to, you could replace all of the fans in that Coolermaster case with quiet but powerful Noctua ones. :D
You can use your 360 controller with any PC game that supports controllers. How much are you looking to spend on a monitor? Also, what's your budget on speakers? And I would go with an X-Fi Xtreme Gamer sound card. It's definitely the best bang for your buck. That Monitor is Sick, I couldn't image playing on it, and That sound system looks so awesome, I must have it O.O
Do you suggest gaming Controllers at all, I am not sure if i would like it, cause if I wanted a controller I think I would just play my 360...

As far as controllers go, yeah, the Xbox 360 controller is the best PC controller I can think of. I definitely use mine for PC gaming all the time. :D

Does a wireless one work if you have the Plug and play hooked into PC?ZanitorNo, the play and charge kit just recharges the controller. You have to buy a wireless adaptor to use the wireless controller with your pc...
You can get a wireless adapter for about $20, and it connects up to four wireless Xbox360 controllers to it. I have one, they're excellent.
First off, in regards to overclocking, you're gonna have trouble with that Phenom 9500. The original Phenoms were notoriously poor overclockers, and most reviewers barely managed to eek out an extra 200 MHz over the stock speed.
Next, there's no reason to overspend on anything. Especially overpriced things, such as that Creative sound card. For most people, the modern integrated audio is enough. If you're an audiophile though, you'd do well to check out some of the offerings from Auzentech, Asus or HT|Omega. Also, there's really no reason to spend $550 on a 24" monitor when they can be had for much less.
Also, if you get that barebones setup, you'd be better off sticking to an Nvidia graphics card since you'd have an SLI mobo.
