I spent four years playing NWN regularly. It wasn't because the game itself was so spectacular, but the online and modding communities made it great.
I'd probably go with Company of Heroes, because NWN2 is out, so all of the online activity is going toward building up new game worlds, and I doubt you'll see a lot of the good old communities thriving as they did. Also, NWN is extremely dated at this point.
Hey,
I currently have no games to play, therefore now im very bored. I was thinking of Company of Heroes, but i want to know is it worth getting. Well i want a game that is not too hardware demanding, but i do not want the game to be too old. I do not mind if its a FPS, Strategy or RPG. All i want is a game thats fun to play.
BTW on a side not which game is better, Neverwinter Nights or Campany of Heroes?

Have you ever played No One Lives Forever? How old does a game have to be to be too old? What is wrong with games that are old, anyway? There are some great games that have fantastic gameplay, and will make you forget about "old" graphics. System Shock 2 is a prime example of that, and that game is almost 10 years old.

There is nothing wrong wiht old games, in fact old games are some of the best games of all time. I'm jsut not in the mood for old games thats all.[QUOTE="Subcritical"][QUOTE="zsc4"]Hey,

Hitman Blood money is fun -
Far Cry, Swat 4, Swat 4 stetkhov syndicate, Tony Hawk underground 2 would help fight off boredom. There are lots of games, just buy a good one and dive in.

NWN2 is a train wreck of suckage, alot of people are NOT moving to NWN2 due to the horrible job Obsidian has done with it.. Both the multiplayer and toolset are in shambles... So I wouldn't be surprise if the NWN community stays for quite a while longer.

Yes that is what i have been hearing, that NWN2 is no where near to its predecessors. So looks like i will be getting CoH tomorrow. Hopefully i won't regret. And thanks everyone for the advice and to be honest most game named i have already played, but thanks anyways. Please Log In to post.
