Do you need a monitor, keyboard, and mouse, or just the box?

Antec P180B Case This is up to your own taste - just make sure you buy an ATX-compatible case if you don't like the styling of that one. I just wouldn't do it cause he seems to be very annoying...and attachment issues...and self esteem issues...

With that budget go with at least a core 2 duo E6600 and possibly 6700 or quad core if you really want to put down a good chunk on the CPU.  I'd go with an 8800GTX and Evga is probably considered the premium brand in that field.  This sounds like a rush decision to be buying a PC but asking what parts to put in it 1 day before.  I'd recommend more time messing around on these boards or other websites to get an idea what you really want.  It's not always a good idea to juust get what some unknown person on a message board says.

There are a lot of small things to consider which can get forgotten, like what size of case do you want, do you want parts that are good for OC'ing (if you don't know what that is, it's another sign to do more research first) or do you not care, what wattage of PSU will you need, what speed od DVD writer should you get, what speed of ram etc etc.  All I'm saying is don't rush in and spend a bunch of money and then realize you didn't quite get what you wanted, especially of you're going to spend $2700.
