I'm getting a lap top soon and I need some help...

My budget is about $715 and i want a nice lap top that can handle games really well. I want to be able to turn the graphics up to max and still have everything run smoothly. It seems that everything now a days comes with windows vista so i need to know if the games i got for it such as Halo 2 and Shadowrun would be able to play excellent with the graphics up at max as well. If a lap top that meets what i just said exists, please someone recommend one for me.

PS: I have looked at the Acer Aspire 3680 and im not sure if that's the way to go or not.

The Aspire 3680 only has integrated video support, it probably won't even run games on low settings. I really don't think your budget will get you a laptop that has an actual video card. The only result on newegg within your budget is:

And this is not much of a gaming laptop. With your budget, this just won't happen.
