I'm getting SF4 for PC tonight!!

I'm buying SF4 tonight. Since the bandwith I have is very limited,I'll have no choice but to order the dvd copy. I want to know,which website is fast for delivering stuff by the mail?

Keep in mind that the retail version of the game contains securom (limited activations), so you are better off buying the game on steam since it has no activations limits and the download is about 4.5GB. Just so you know.
