Hello everyone, My friend has a one terabyte extertal hard drive that allowed me to listen to his music and watch his videos through my Xbox 360 via a 2.0 USB. I recently purchased a SeaGate: AgentGo and my Xbox 360 was unable to read the external hard drive. (it shows up as a portable device if there is one.)

So I need to know which external hard drives will let me stream my media through my Xbox 360, if any of you KNOW which external HD will work by experience PLEASE let me know.

I am having a very difficult time finding out elsewhere on the internet so your help will be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you all for helping me out.

You may have better luck posting this in the 360 forum.

yes u need to format ur hard drive in FAT32....u need to partition ur hard drive by allocating 32GB of space or less to be able to format it in FAT32. if u want to use the entire capacity of ur external hard drive...ur gonna have to format it into HSF or HSF+ which is apple's OS file system
