i know you prolly think omg buy new pc but this one suits me fine for the kind of games i play. I just wanna upgrade my videocard and have no clue what to look for. pci agp? anyway i play this game babo violent 2 and it only gives me around 30-40 fps and if there is heavy bazooka action then even 20 fps since i start playing in clans and things get a little bit more serious i want to spend a little money on a video-card.. nothing huge i just don't want to see my fps drop under lets say 80.

another game i like to buy is kings bounty which is a new rpg and the demo doesn't run on my system it keeps crashing.

so im kinda looking for a video-card between 30-50$ or any suggestion u will give

tnx in advance

Thats like one of the worst cards you could possibly suggest, and for $70? He could get a 8800gt for $30 more.

An 8600GT might be a good idea, about 30-40 on ebay or even in a shop.... They are about the best low end cheap graphics cards you can get...

I do not think your mother board has a pci-e slot. I could be wrong but I highly doubt it.

AGP card? Easy. :) ATI X1950 PRO:
http://www.litec-computer.de/PC-Komponenten/Grafikkarten/AGP/ATI/HIS-X1950Pro-512MB-GDDR3-Dual-DVI-TV-out::15476.html
This in (in my humble opinion, anyway) one of the best AGP cards you can get. I had one that lasted me for ages. You can probably find it cheaper elsewhere (it costs around 40 pounds GBP (approx. 60EUR and $80USD), I just had a look around for German retailers, since I'm being racially profilic and assuming you live in the Deutschland. :)

um http://ati.amd.com/products/radeonxpress200intel/index.html#a

i don't know why people assumed it was pci, it clearly says "The Radeon™ Xpress 200 incorporates an architecture built around the new PCI Express standard"

i suggest the nvidia 9600. good price, good performance. your cpu will bottleneck it, but if you get something new later you can put it in the new one.
