I ve played both and i know they're both fun. Im leaning a bit more toawrds CoH, but WC3 is really good to. the only problem, is that the minum reqs for CoH say 2.0 ghz. My computer only has 1.8 ghZ. However, i tried the demo, and it ran pretty good on my computer, does this mean the full version will work well to?

If you can run the demo fine, you'll run the full game fine. Go with CoH.

If the demo ran fine, the full version should run fine too.
I would go with Company of Heroes.

If you're looking for fun, I think WC3 was more fun. CoH may get pretty frustrating with all that micro-managing. But overall CoH looks a million times better than WC3. So the choice is up to you. Realism vs Fun.

I'd say WC3, you get easily into to it and the RTS is not super hardcore like most RTS. Its fun and there are many game modes you can play. If you want to cut back and have fun theres custom made maps. I still play it for that purpose.

There are custom maps for CoH too. Personally, I enjoy CoH a lot more, it has more athmosphere imo and better gameplay.

But that's just me.

WC3 is good clean fun and has a large following but it looks pretty dated by now.  Company of Heroes has more too it, so might take some getting used to, but if you liked the demo you'll love the real deal and the full version runs better than the demo so you'll have no problems.  COH is the best buy in my opinion.

Oooh. You know, this is something that I never thought about enough, but it's a good comparison. On the one hand, Warcraft III is becoming a cla**ic [... GameSpot will not allow the word "cla**", how dumb], and is just a fun game overall, with an amazing multiplayer component. On the other hand, Company of Heroes is a newer game, better graphics, if you like realism, and is a bit more complicated.

... I would choose... hmmm. Hard choice. Um... depends on what my computer can play. :P Right now, only Warcraft III.

I have only played the demo of CoH, but I have the full version of WC3. I like them both, but I still preferred WC3 to CoH. I guess it is because I prefer the fantasy settings and such over the WWII settings. The interface I was more comfortable with was WC3 anyways.
