Info on Duke Nukem

Does anyone have any information on Duke Nukem Forever?

No I do not sadly. That just made me realise something though:

For as long as this game has been around and talked about.....we know so little about it.

It was alright but if they were anywhere near finishing surely they could have shown a bit more than a teaser trailer. Am I being a bit harsh on the ol' Duke? biggest_loser

I heard it's a first person shooter featuring a chap named Duke. Just a rumour, though.mfsa

Yeah don't be a smart alec all your life. We don't know anything about the core game play, story, the features, do we even know what the in game itself actually looks like?

Actually, you can get quite an amount of info by looking at the older trailers. My guess is that they didn't change direction with the gameplay, only the engine and graphics.

If you take a look at the newest trailer, you can see a tiny glimpse of what the combat might be like. Older trailers are more lengthy, and feature several forms of activity, like flying what looks like an alien ship.

Apparently, a guy also got an unshipped demo version of the game (however, I can't guarantee it's genuiness) and wrote a review about it. This is of an elder version though, but as I said, it might give you a little look inside in to how the game is gonna' be.

Hmmm. Thanks for that. Quite interesting. I really don't know how genuine that would be though...its pretty general. Like there have been so many joke articles and what not written about this game. It really wouldn't be that hard to write that up without really playing the game. There are a lot of old screen shots there. Do you get what i mean?

As I said, I can't really say that it's real. The screenshots are indeed old, but even then they might give a little insight into the game.

I don't think this is something that will be a feature in Duke Nukem Forever. It might have been a solution to some multiplayer problems back then. Might even have been a joke from the author if the "review" is a hoax.

Who knows.
