Installing new GPU (help)

Im getting my x1650pro tomorow and I want to know how am i going to install it.. I have onboard Integreated GPU right now so do i disbale them turn my pc off then put in my x1650 boot up in safe mode and install drivers ? How do i do it?

You pretty much described it just then... you might need to check in the BIOS, to disable onboard there also.

Check the BIOS? Details please..............also what if i wait untill i install my card and drivers then disable the onboard will that work also?

Some BIOS' may have the option of which to use first - onboard or PCI-E, you might need to set it to PCI-E otherwise you wont see the POST screen and BIOS. (This is unlikely though!)

I'm sure either way will work OK!
