I have a copy of windows vista home premium, and I wan tto know how to choose to install the 64 bit version

u have to buy the 64 bit version. 32 bit and 64 bit are separate except for full retail version of vista ultimate which have both 32 and 64 bit version

no...i don't think u can upgrade from a 32-bit to 64-bit. u have to do a fresh install if u want to go 64-bit
