So, I recieved this notebook for christmas for my school work. Im not all into pc gaming but I also dont own a ps3 or 360 but would like to try some new games like TF2 and MirrorsEdge. Problem is, I have a integrated graphic card:evil:. Below are the specs. Question is, what game can I run with this? It doesnt have to be new but I want something entertaining while I wait for class.

TF2 MAY work, I'm not certain, I'd google that. FEAR will work...... Most games that came out 2003 and earlier will work. A $70 GFX card will have you playing everything though.

Pick up some older games, and old classics like Starcraft and Diablo II.

He's on a notebook.

I agree with the second reply - with a notebook like that, it's best to forget about the latest PC games and shoot for old classics that are still great to this day. Doom is another example of a classic that's amazingly fun even today, especially considering that if you get ahold of the Doombuilder map editor, you can create maps as if you were slicing a piece of cake.

Im suprised no one has mentioned system Requirments lab.

Well I've been on a old G4 mac with a Geforce 2 gfx card for 6ish years. I know that I can't run any new shiney games which is why Im getting a pc, but I have to say, fun games dont age. Age of empires 2 anyone, has to be one of the best games of the time.

System Requirements Lab doesn't tell the whole truth and I doubt he wants to go through every game to see if he can play them. The OP wants to know what games we recommend for him.

I'd probably go for something like Command & Conquer: The First Decade... or maybe even The Sims 2. With C&C:TFD you're getting 12 games in one, most of the games on there are maybe a bit too dated, but it has Generals which still holds up pretty well today. With The Sims 2 though you're getting a pretty fun, addictive and not too dated game that runs on pretty much any machine.

Jedi Academy works on my new laptop, as does Guild Wars. I assume Jedi Outcast would work too.

GRID will not work whatever settings you have on it. It couldn't get much better than a slideshow.

Basically, look for games that are more CPU intensive than GPU.

Call of Duty and Call of Duty United Offensive works definately. I used an Intel 82865 to play those. As does WarCraft III, Knights of the Old Republic, Morrowind, and Rome: Total War
