Internet Browsers Dont Work On Desktop

For example, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari do not work on my desktop for some reason. It used to work a couple of days ago, but sfter I turned on my computer; it did not work for some reason. I have tried using a flash drive to get Chrome on my computer, but it does not work. It may be because my laptop is a Mac, and my desktop is a PC. Anyways, can you guys figure out what is wrong, and how I can access the internet on my PC.
