My connection is real laggy on PSN and I get disconnected every now and then. It says I have a DNS error. How do I fix it? I tried disconnecting and reconnecting but no success.

Is your PS3 wired or wireless?
Either way, you may try setting it up with a static IP; which is to give it a single IP address instead of having it assigned one every time you turn it on by your Router.
You may then, if you're still getting the error, try to open up the ports that the PSN uses and then forward them to the static IP you assigned for your PS3.
Clarify 'my internet is wireless'. Wireless as in you have a dish on the roof or wireless as in you use the router for your wireless home network? You have a modem of some sort no matter what type of internet connection you have. If you have cable or dsl internet just unplug the modem from the wall. I'm not sure exactly where the installers would normally put the modem for satellite.Bane_v2
Wireless as in I use a router. I can sign into PSN but games lag and I can't go on the internet. I will try tounplugand plugthe modern.
