Videos are really fast, compared to firefox, the result depends greatly which site you're browsing so I say it's a tie, but I prefer IE way of loading images. The difference is a matter of milliseconds so the difference is just a matter of how they show you the stuff, can't really have a real opinion with my own eyes and I don't tape my browsing on high speed.
