I think this may be old news but, I checked out interplay.com to look for some news.

They opened up a new office in orange county CA, for developing a new MMO code named Project V13, headed by the original creators of fallout.

I think a hallelujah is in order. Rejoice PC gamers. My condolences to the console players not being able to feel this sheer awesomeness I'm feeling right now.

No kidding, V13? Vault 13? No way..

But they can't use the fallout license cause bethesda owns it now. On the other hand, they do have the wasteland license.

Bethesda has the rights to all the Fallout stuff...except MMO.( Interplay retains this )

Thats how Interplay got the money to reopen...

V13 is pretty obvious a Falloutish/Wastelandish hint.

I'm far more excited to see Earthworm Jim 4 than I am the Fallout MMO.

I feel that interplay shouldn't start off with mmo's right away.

Yeah, Doug TenNapel wants it to be a 360 exclusive - but no platforms have been decided yet. With Interplay using EWJ4 as one of the foundation stones of the company's return, I think it's fair to assume Interplay may be looking to maximise profits, which means multiple platforms.

I'd rather have Descent 4.
