Investing in a new game.

What PC game should I try out? I'd like it to be a popular game with a multiplayer-online mode.

save your money for Left for Dead 2 ! thats what im doing and mw2 would be good option , never was a cod fan but it looks quite good ^^

also orange box is the best thing atm , its never too late to get it :D

The Orange box is still a popular game? Wow. I would not be able to buy Left 4 Dead 2 because my father hates the zombie blood games. How good is Guild Wars? Is it a game you can be able to buy awhile after it comes and can still get into the stuff unlike World of Warcraft? :P

Yes definetly a hobby, I usally sell the games I have that get old off to friends so I don't pay That much for games in a technical Way.

Battlefield 2 for good online multiplayer or wait for MW2.

Half-Life 2, Half-Life 2 Episode 1, Half-Life 2 Episode 2, and Portal are. Team Fortress 2 is multiplayer, and one of the best I might add.

Not filthy, the are four of the best singleplayer games ever invented and argueably the best multiplayer game for $20 USD.

I've beaten Half-Life 2 twelve times, and am one a thirteenth playthrough. I also just finished my twentyith playthrough of Portal. And Half-Life 2 has some of the best mods out there. It's not a waste at all. You just seem like one of those people that automatically dismiss singleplayer games because you can't "pwn teh noobs"
