I need a question answered and it has to do with my sister's 30 GB iPod classic which she has had for the last year and a half with no problems, but tonight she was listening to her iPod and all of a sudden it give out and now it won't even turn on. She is very upset about it and I was wondering does anyone know what the problem might be and is there anything she can do about it or is the iPod pretty much dead?

I would plug it into a computer know matter what and see what happens. If that doesn't work it could be a refurbished one. That happened to my dad. Check the Copyright on the back if it's a year before when she got it thats how you know.
