I've been getting really bad slow downs with my internet connection lately and I don't know whats causing it. I should have a 7mb connection like it says in my router settings but when I go on the speedtest website I get a speed of just 1mb what the hell is going on? I've recently noticed that in my Local Area Connection Status the IPv6 Connectivity is at limited does that have something to do with this horrendous slow down? Anyone know how I can fix this?

IPv6 is a newer protocol which is very rarely used by ISPs around the world, basically, we dont use IPv6 at the moment. That is why it is shown with limited connectivity, it isnt in use. IPv4 is what we currently use, and that is what matters.

Just try resetting everything, it could just be your ISP. :? Defrag, check for spyware and the usual stuff, you can check DR.TCP and see if it does anything.
