I plan to use my PS3 with this:

LCD computer screen

LG 21"

HDMI

Response time: 2 ms

Contrast: 50000

Resolution: 1920x1080

Can it give a good playing experience when speed is involve, because they don't give the refresh rate (60hz/120hz/240hz)?

Refresh rate 60hz standard but that osn't really matter unless you want stereoscopic 3d. The main differences are lower viewing distances. Also that one will use a TN panel which means that viewing angles are poor and image quality ain't brilliant though response time is great. Though if you look for any TV with the same specs all those except the viewing distance draw back would be the same. Oh and don't be fooled by that contrast ratio, it's really about 2000:1, that 50:001 ratio is dynamic contrast which uses backlight changes to change the brightness so the contrast over one frame is still 2000:1 even if the overall contrast is 50k.
