is Aion worth it for free?

im playing the chinese version of the game..and the graphics are amazing, i know how to read chinese and talk with other players,but i feel like i shouldnt be playing on the chinese servers..does it matter? sorry im kind of concerned lol

Well, think of it this way...it sure isn't worth paying for it.

So, with that inclination, my vote is play for free or not atall, especially since you know chinese...

Even for free I would rather play something else.

The world is pretty cool though, and music.

I like it and I am still playing. Currently have a lvl 23, lvl 30, and a lvl 35. Fun once you get into it.

I've been playing since closed Beta and i'm a lvl 30... and i admit it is getting tedious and repetitive... I may be closing my account soon... that 15/mo can go to new games.

if the game had no sub fees...i would play it...

Way to grindy i got to lvl 23 and quit. I don't mind grinding but every quest was just kill something loot it and come back then repeat.

WoW, i didn't know so many people felt it was grindy... lol. I just hit 22 on all my characters and the game went faster than 10-20. so easy to level up around that time.

it starts off really awesome, so yes Id say so.
