Did he set it for compatibility to xp sp2? that always does it to me.

definitely works. i have it running on Vista 64-bit. runs fine.

does he have a legitamate copy or a legal cd-key? and has he re-installed or has he copied the game from a different install location? games are gettin pretty smart these days
