Is GoGamer a Trustworthy site?

I'm thinking about ordering some games off GoGamer because they are being offered at a discount. Does anyone know is this site is trustworthy?

I've been looking around online for reviews, but most of them rate the site as 5 stars or 1 star.

They are great. I've ordered from them for about 2 years. Their 48-hour madness deals are really good.

The only problem they have is their customer support isn't too great. Theres often lapses of time without responses. However, out of, maybe, 20 orders i've made, only 1 has given me trouble. I dunno if my customer support experience was just isolated and that was a very long time ago.

Gogamer rules. They are completely trustworthy. I've bought a lot of games from them. If you live in the USA, the shipping is super fast. I think their warehouse in the states is based out of California.

They only shipped half of my order and the packaging was ripped. Cheap service.

Gogamer is awesome. Been buying from them for years, no problems ever.
