Is Half Life 2 compatible with Vista Ultimate 32-bit?

I'm currently running Vista Ultimate 32-bit and I'm wanting to know if the original Half Life 2 is compatible with this OS? I would like to play it prior to purchasing the Half Life 2 Orange Box package which I hope should be compatible with Vista since it's a newer release.

Wait, i have home premium but when i first tried to run steam games i think i remember having a problem. I think i just reinstalled the game and it worked perfectly as it does to this day. try that.

Hello

I have download Half-Life 2 - Co-op and EXTRACT in my C drive but i m not able to run after First SCREEN

I m selecting NEW game then one Selection option HIGHLIGHT Of Chapter 1 ,but then i click to CHAPTER 1 ,but no Result.

What this problem is ????

Is there any role of Half-Life2_Mod-Crack_ZKZ.exe ,I have extract it also and paste is Half -life folder,in Half-life Folder,there is "bat" folder,shud i replace old bat file with this one.I m very confuse,I will bee thankful if someone halp me.......:(
