$10 for almost any game is a great deal and for Batman AA that is an awesome price. I have it for PS3 but the PC should look even better if your computer is good enough and it is an awesome game.
I got it for like 60 at Best Buy but it also came with a free DVD of 2 animated batman movies and the PS3 version got a playable Joker in the challenge maps. No sure if PC got it but PC gets better graphics and physics.
I usually go for the 1$/hour measure. If I pay $50 and I can squeeze 50 hours out of it without getting too bored, it was a good deal. That being said, I bought AA when it came out for $55 (cdn) and only got about 15-16 hours of playtime out of it... but it was so much fun for those few hours that I didn't mind the price tag. My only real complaint about the game is it's so short, even going through and solving all the riddles. I guess I could put more time into the challenge maps, but other games came along too so I wasn't too worried about it. For $10 it's an absolute steal. You should buy it, it's a fantastically made game.
