Well, while your vid card is great, it's kind of old now to be honest will all of the new hardware that has come out in the past few months. I would say just upgrade your video card to a HD 4870 (reccomended) or a GTX 260. If $ is not a problem I guess you could always get the GTX 280 (it's a waste of cash though), or wait for the HD 4870x2.
As for your other components of your PC, they seem fine, no need to upgrade. Although to be honest, playing at that low of a res, you should be getting a little higher FPS...that rig can not handle Crysis at very high anyways though, even with AA and AF on. Turn all of the settings to high and you should notice a massive performance increase.
Your ram is pretty slow. You can upgrade to the newest generation of Nvidia/ATI cards if you have money and you can try to overclock that Q6600 if you have an aftermarket CPU HSF.
