Ok, I built a computer back in Sep 2007 with these specs

Coolermaster Centurian (sp) case
E6750 2.66ghz processor
4gb DDR2 800 ram
320mb 8800 GTS GFX card
700w OCZ Power Supply
74gb 10k Raptor
Gigabyte Mobo 1 pci express slot
22x LG DVD Burner

What im asking is it worth upgrading? I have a 1080P tv that I have connected to my computer and I want to be able to run games in 1920x1080. I would probably be playing FF XI, Unreal Tournament 3, and Fallout 3. If I do upgrade, what should I get?

As was said a new graphics card is all you really need at the moment. 4890, or you favorite Nvidia card, GTX275 or up. I wouldn't get a 4870X2 or a GTX295 as your processor may hold them back but any single GPU card should be fine.

Sorry, but at the resolution he's talking about playing at his processor is fine with the fastest single GPU card out currently.

Sure you had a problem with a pentium, those were never the equal of the Core2's, which is what he has.

He said 1080p so 1900 by 1080. That CPU is fine with the fastest card. Sure if he went crossfire or SLI then he would need to hit 3.2Ghz or there about, but none of the current single GPU cards will be bottlenecked by a Core2Duo running at 2.66. He has the same basic architecture as you do now, just minus 2 cores and a faster stock speed
