Is KoTR worth an $8 purchase?

i have a couple bucks to spend and i liked Mass Effect and have never played KoTR, so is this worth it?

Amazing game, get it for sure... do the widescreen hack if you have a widescreen monitor. (google it)

The game would sometimes crash loading movie transitions (like leaving a planet), so save before doing things like that.

It's impossible to find this game any cheaper than that. Just get the game and love it.

KoTR is one of the best RPG's from the early 2000's it is a MUST HAVE! It is a great game that I still have (although for the 360 I sold my PC version). $8 is a steal for such a game.

Easily worth $8,even today.Like someone else said get widescreen patch/hack whatever you want to call it.I don't hold it in such high regard as alot of people though.I found it to be a good,enjoyable game that kept me playing without it being boring or tedious.But i wouldn't say it had the wow factor for me personally.
