Is my Card ok for this monitor/Resolution?

You should be fine, Crysis is the only thing that will probably give you some problems, but that applies to pretty much every card.

All i play atm is wow,cod4,tf2,css :D Also what mhz should i use? 60 ? thanksjamezy2007

60HZ should be fine, and I'm ordering the exact same monitor today :).

i got my 226cw a couple days ago and im still using an x1950pro 512mb card, only thing i really play is cod4 multiplayer, and i still get around 60fps at 1680x1050 resolution

you should keep ur monitor on 60hz, that's what lcd's are designed to run at, any higher and u could damage the screen
