I would get something like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102071
Better than the one that you chose. This is only the case if you have to go with AGP, otherwise get a PCI-E card.
Also pick up a stick of ram whilr you're at it and you should be fine.
However, that cpu will hold you back, so don't expect to max out many of the newer games out there.
good luck.
ye umm. I am sorry to break this to you but it is waay below "snuff". i would reccommend you move to a Core 2 Duo which you would have to upgrade your computer for and stuff. you should just buy a new computer. get 2 gigs ram a core 2 duo. E6300 + will be good. or an AMD Athlon's core 2. then get atleast a X1900pro if you wana do good gaming. even that is starting to go but from then on it gets really expensive.
if you do plan to buy a new comp whats your budget??
hell no!! alienware is the most expensive u can buy and its the same **** its worse than dell ill tell ya tht. go onto some custom pc websites and build your own jst type in google build your own pc. and do some research. ill give u an example of the stuff u shud get but this is in UK so yethis is a pretty gd computer without all the other stuff its jst the pc on its own add a 20 - 22 " screen off somewhere else and u shud be gd to go unless u alredy have one and dnt mind it :) im pretty sure u have kb and mouse so ye its a damn gd pc and an alienware one wud cost almost double of the same thing or add a 8800 GTX instead :) this is a 10x improvement over ur dads comp
EDIT: **** tht didnt work. umm also add a DVI cable. it still dnt work im still trying had to remove link here it is instead

Stuff's a lot more expensive over there. You could get that here for like $1000USD. I think's stuff's a little more expensive in Canada but not as bad as the UK.Damn thats a pretty Impressive system although Pounds is 2.5X more then Canadain so this is like a 2500$ Computer Haha quite alot to save up for.
