I'm running vista 32bit all high, 1680X1050 8800GTX. I'm not sure if the GPU benchmark runs it DX9 or 10, so I'll just go by what it is.

The benchmark crashes for me after all of the loops, so I'll just say the number I got in the corner for AVG Fps.

22.35

The FPS was basically stable at around 20-25 fps most of the time. Does this seem normal to you guys? I saw some other benchies with a 8800GTX on the same resolution with like 27FPS, maybe its the fact that the GPU benchmark crashes after 3 loops?

I saw that on TweakTown the FPS for the 8800GTX OC2 was 37.6, maybe I can try and OC my gtx to match that.

Well it depends on your cpu and the one they used for their benchmarks.

20-25 FPS is playable. If your not satisfied then thats too bad I guess, I wouldnt be able to help you with something like that.

Oh I'm not saying I'm not satisfied, just a little worried on why it doesn't run as fast as other comps.

Yeah, I think its the cpu, I have an E4400 and they are using Q6600.

Put it this way, nearly every single game ubisoft ever publishes on a console, is about what your getting. Its playable for certain. Just, if you want higher, lowering your resolution may help.

there you go. Their Q6600 is probably OCed to like 3.0GHz.

Yup, not too far from their FPS anyway. And to the guy above me, lol @ sig, 60 FPS does look too fast :)
