GPU will bring you down, but you will be able to play at medium at 1024x768. Buy a new card and you will do great.

The rest of your stuff is solid. The video card is abysmal. Upgrade that to anything relatively new and you'll probably triple your performance for possibly less than $150.

Even with the 4 GB of RAM, because you don't have dedicated video RAM (your video card shares RAM with your computer RAM), you will stutter a touch even playing Vista's version of spider solitare. WoW will crawl along with any setting even remotely medium. My Laptop has that card and the only thing I use it for is Age of Empires II which came out about 10 years ago.

You can buy a card for cheap so just buckle down and get one.
